Wallace Print Announces Exciting Team Progression and New Structure for Continued Growth
Wallace Print is proud to announce an exciting new chapter in the company’s ongoing story of progress, people, and print innovation. As we continue to grow across every part of the business, we’re making key internal changes that reflect both our ambitions and our commitment to excellence, and they involve two familiar faces who are helping shape the future of Wallace Print.
Strengthening Leadership Through Strategic Change
We’re delighted to share that Dan Farley has moved into the newly defined role of Print Solutions Director. This position reflects Dan’s growing influence within the business and his exceptional ability to deliver complex, large-scale projects with precision and care.
By stepping away from the day-to-day personnel management, Dan can now focus fully on servicing and supporting our major clients, those big-ticket projects that demand attention to detail, deep technical expertise, and a steady hand.
His leadership, industry insight, and calm confidence have been instrumental in helping Wallace Print evolve into a trusted production partner for clients nationwide.
Dan Farley: “This move allows me to dedicate more time to our key accounts and ensure our clients continue to receive the outstanding service and innovation that define Wallace Print. We’ve built incredible relationships over the years, and I’m excited to help take them even further.”
Driving Sales Forward Under New Leadership
In another fantastic development, Dan Hickford has been promoted to Sales Manager — just seven months after joining the business. It’s a remarkable rise that speaks volumes about his drive, capability, and the impact he’s already made.
This new position unites the sales team under a single vision, allowing them to push forward together with clarity and shared purpose. Dan’s enthusiasm and leadership will ensure Wallace Print continues to build strong client relationships while expanding our reach into new markets and opportunities.
Dan Hickford: “Wallace Print is moving fast, and it’s brilliant to be part of that momentum, and stepping into the Sales Manager role is a proud moment for me. The Wallace Print team has a huge amount of talent and drive. I’m excited to help channel that energy, strengthen our client relationships, and keep pushing the business forward.”
A Message from the CEO
For Gary Wallace, CEO and Owner of Wallace Print, these internal moves represent more than just a shuffle; they’re part of a wider vision to strengthen the company’s foundations and future-proof its success.
Gary Wallace says: “At Wallace Print, we’ve always believed that progress comes from people. Both Dans embody that philosophy perfectly. Dan Farley’s wealth of experience and customer focus make him the ideal person to develop and nurture our key partnerships, while Dan Hickford’s leadership and energy have brought a fresh momentum to our sales operation. These changes are a natural evolution of our team’s strength, and I’m immensely proud of what they’ve achieved.”
A Company Moving Forward
This new structure reflects a company in motion, one that’s constantly improving, adapting, and looking ahead. From refined leadership roles to clearer direction across departments, Wallace Print continues to build a business that’s stronger, smarter, and ready for whatever comes next.
The atmosphere at HQ is buzzing. There’s a renewed sense of purpose, collaboration, and excitement that runs through every project, a reminder that success in print isn’t just about machines or materials, but the people behind them.
As Wallace Print continues its journey of innovation and growth, one thing remains constant: our dedication to our clients, our craft, and our culture.
