Acceptable File Formats
- Hi-res PDF (with all fonts embedded) is preferred.
- Photoshop: Acceptable formats include EPS, PDF, PSD, TIFF.
- Illustrator: Submit Ai, PDF, EPS files with fonts outlined and images embedded.
- Indesign: Ensure all fonts and links are included.
Artwork Preparation
- Clearly name your file with the order reference and size.
- For multi-panel projects, submit a single file with detailed split instructions.
- Disable overprint in all files.
- Designate cut contours with a spot color named “CutContour”.
Color Specifications
- Utilise Solid Coated Pantone codes for color accuracy.
- Keep original names for spot colours.
- Submit vector files in CMYK and bitmap images in either RGB or CMYK.
Resolution and Scale
- Aim for 100 dpi at full size.
- Use 400 dpi at 25% scale or 1000 dpi at 10% scale.
Bleed Guidelines
- Apply a 5mm bleed on all edges for every substrate.
Submitting Your Files
- Email: Send a high-res PDF to your account manager or sales@wallaceprint.com.
- For large files, use WeTransfer or SendGB.
- Dropbox: Create and send a link by right-clicking your file.
