Wallace Print is a forward-thinking large format digital print company with extensive in-house production capability. Our digital printing setup supports a wide range of applications, from rigid boards to roll media, all produced under controlled conditions to ensure consistent quality and reliability.

We operate multiple digital print platforms, allowing us to match the most suitable process to each project. This includes flatbed, hybrid and roll-fed systems, as well as white ink and varnish options for specialist applications. Our largest direct-to-sheet print size is 4x2m.

Our large format digital printing capabilities include:

• UV flatbed digital printing (SwissQPrint Impala, Fujifilm Acuity Advance HS)

• UV hybrid digital printing (Agfa Anapurna H3200i LED)

• Roll-fed UV digital printing up to 5 metres wide

• UV printing with white ink and spot UV varnish

• Eco-solvent reel-to-reel printing (Epson SureColor 80600)

Did you know? We can print directly to sheets up to 4x2m, allowing large panels to be produced in a single piece.

Our comprehensive range of finishing equipment allows all stages of print production to be completed in-house. This gives us full control over quality, turnaround and consistency from print through to final delivery.

Our experienced finishing team handles a wide variety of requirements, from standard finishing processes to more complex, bespoke work. With no two projects ever quite the same, our setup is designed to remain flexible and adaptable.

Our print finishing capabilities include:

• Large format CAD cutting and creasing (Aristo / Esko Kongsberg X44)

• Routing of rigid sheet including acrylic, PVC, plywood and Dibond

• Guillotine cutting up to 1800mm wide

• Automated hemming and eyeletting for banner production

• Hot and cold large format lamination up to 1600mm wide

• Plotter cutting for printed and solid vinyls (Graphtec / Summa)

• Packing, kitting and campaign collation, including multi-component projects

Did you know? We can receive third-party printed items, such as flyers, and incorporate them into fully collated campaign packs.

Lamination is the process of applying a protective or functional film, vinyl or adhesive layer to a printed substrate. This can enhance durability, change the surface finish or adapt a material for a specific application, such as turning a print into a sticker or window graphic.

We offer a wide range of lamination options to suit both visual and practical requirements.

Our lamination capabilities include:

• Anti-slip laminates for floor graphics
• Gloss, matt and textured laminates for visual finish
• Anti-graffiti laminates for added protection and UV resistance
• Dry-wipe laminates in gloss and matt finishes
• Mounting prints to rigid panels and applying self-adhesive layers
• Specialist textures including peach skin, carbon fibre and leather effects

Did you know? In addition to physical laminates, we can also apply printed UV varnish as an alternative finish.

CAD cutting allows printed sheets to be cut or creased to virtually any shape using computer-controlled cutting systems. This provides high levels of accuracy and repeatability across both rigid and flexible materials.

Our CAD cutting setup supports knife cutting, creasing and routing, allowing us to finish printed materials precisely to specification.

Our CAD cutting capabilities include:

• Point of sale items including standees, FSDUs and twist-lock displays

• Cut-to-shape graphics on Correx, Foamex and rigid sheet

• Accurately sized wall, floor and window graphics

• Bespoke large format shapes and display components

• Routing of solid sheet materials including acrylic, Dibond, plywood and PVC

• V-cutting for 45-degree folds and freestanding displays

• Plotter cutting up to 1600mm wide for printed and solid vinyls

Did you know? Any sheet size we can print, up to 4x2m, can also be CAD cut in-house.

Plotter cutting is used to produce precise, intricate shapes from solid and printed vinyls. This process is ideal for detailed graphics such as lettering, window manifestations and decorative elements.

Our team provides a complete plotter cutting service, from cutting and weeding through to application tape and installation if required.

Our plotter cutting capabilities include:

• Vehicle graphics and lettering

• Intricate wall and window vinyl graphics

• A wide range of coloured, fluorescent and metallic vinyls

• Frosted vinyl manifestations for glazing

• Plotter cutting of printed graphics using optical registration

• Full service including printing, cutting, weeding, taping and installation

Did you know? We can plotter cut both solid-colour vinyls and printed graphics.

We provide professional print installation services across retail, exhibition, leisure, office, museum, construction and external environments. Our installation team supports projects from initial site survey through to final install and handover.

All work is carried out by experienced installers, supported by the appropriate health and safety procedures, certifications and insurance cover. We can also operate under client or agency branding where required.

Our installation services include:

• Window, wall and floor graphic installation

• Large-scale and multi-site project delivery

• Fully insured installation teams

• PASMA, IPAF and CSCS-certified installers

• Access equipment, site surveys and risk assessments

We offer trade printing services from our Kent-based production facility, supporting clients across London and the wider UK. We work closely with print managers, agencies and fellow printers, with a clear understanding of trade pricing, confidentiality and plain-label fulfilment.

With over 30 years of industry experience, our facility operates 24/7 and is equipped to handle high-volume, time-critical and specialist print work.
