Event Branding for a Global Supplement Brand’s UK Product Launch

When leading international sports supplement brand Nutrabolt prepared for a key UK product launch event, they needed more than just print—they needed an experienced partner capable of turning around a high-impact branding solution quickly and efficiently. About the Client (Nutrabolt)

Nutrabolt is a global leader in sports nutrition, known for powering some of the world’s most recognised fitness brands. As part of their expansion into the UK market, Nutrabolt planned a branded launch event to introduce their flagship products to retailers, influencers, and press. The client needed a trusted print partner with the expertise to manage the creative, logistical and installation aspects under tight timelines.

The Brief / Challenge

The client required a full event branding package, suitable for a one-day launch event, with materials that were high impact yet easy to remove without damaging the venue. The brief called for durable, repositionable graphics that could be reused for future events, including treatments for grated areas, windows, walls, and even stairs — all with a consistent and polished brand finish.

With minimal time to spare, we immediately deployed one of our experienced project managers to conduct a full site survey. Our on-site team collaborated with the client to assess the venue and finalise the most practical and cost-effective materials.

Site access was limited, and various materials were involved, including grated surfaces, windows, painted walls, menu boards, and flooring. One of the key challenges was selecting the right substrates that would deliver strong visual presence while being easy to apply and remove without residue or surface damage.

Wallace Print was also required to manage the creative execution, suggesting suitable materials, producing vibrant prints, and ensuring seamless coordination between the design, print, and install phases, all in a matter of days.

Our Solution

After presenting various material options, we selected a banner-grade vinyl to cover grated metal areas, offering excellent flexibility and reusability. For wall and menu board graphics, we used a combination of removable low-tack vinyl and Yupo Tako suction vinyl, which provided secure adhesion without damaging the substrate — a perfect fit for a temporary venue setup.

Graphics were produced using our in-house large format printing systems and processed with precision using our CAD cutting technology to ensure clean edges and exact brand alignment. All work was completed under tight deadlines and with full quality assurance checks from our print finishing department.

To enhance the visual impact further, we printed a bespoke, cut-to-shape floor graphic, produced with a slip-rated laminate that did not require additional overlamination — saving both time and cost while ensuring health and safety compliance.

Seamless Installation & Results

Installation was managed out of hours to meet venue restrictions, and our installation team worked efficiently across multiple areas of the site. We also produced a series of cost-effective roller banners, which offered easily transportable branding solutions for the client to reposition around the event as needed.

The entire project, from concept to installation, was completed with tight quality controls, proactive communication, and on-time delivery — all essential in a fast-moving, high-stakes environment like a product launch.
