Description

Frosted window film is a great way to add an aspect of privacy to a blank window. Like our other vinyl materials, we can digitally print any image onto frosted vinyl. They can be supplied cut to any shape and size, and are easily transported to your required location.

Once printed, the shape, size, or design is cut out on our plotting machine in a similar way to how a stencil cuts. We then remove the unrequired material around the cut areas, otherwise known as the waste, and apply an application tape to your product.

One of the main reasons frosted window vinyl is so popular is they stop people from being able to see directly into a window. Ideal for office windows or doors requiring confidentiality files kept inside or for beauty salon windows to create a calming comfortable atmosphere.

Yes, as part of our end-to-end service for any of our frosted window vinyl printing, we offer a comprehensive site survey on the area that you plan to fit the {graphic} to. Our installation team are equipped with all the latest tools and have the most up to date certifications & accreditations such as CSCS, IPAF, PASMA. Wallace Print also holds a 10m Allianz public liability insurance. If you have any questions, please speak with our expert account managers.
Our printed frosted window vinyl are recommended for use on a clean, smooth surface. These are typically the inside and outside glass on a window, the area must be free from any dirt to ensure that there are no lumps or bumps when applying the window graphic.
Yes, our frosted window graphics are produced as fully waterproof, This is an essential element to the product because it will be exposed to the elements if it is fitted externally to the window. The print will stay intact and last well on the vinyl, the only affects that the weather may have is the possibly the colours could fade due to a lot of sunlight exposure.
Yes, frosted window film is in general a durable hard-wearing product. They are made to withstand any weather conditions, therefore their coating will be scratch-proof to a degree. We advise that the window graphics should not be deliberately scratched by sharp objects but will be able to have objects leant against them without damaging the print.

We aim to take the hassle out of the whole process, offering free consultations, site survey, artwork support and national installation. With all of our own in-house window graphics printing options, we have complete control over our print process allowing us to ensure a first-class finish every time. With the latest UV printers, all our printed window graphics are printed at market leading quality. We also employ our own professional installers who are trained to the highest standard.

Our 4 stage process for window graphics

We decided to develop a simple 4 stage process to assist you through the purchasing of your window graphics. Whether your requirement is for a single-window graphic or multiple quantities across various locations.

Our initial check is to make sure that we have the correct material for the printed sign to suit your location and environment. We then would encourage you to have one of our install experts carry out a comprehensive site survey on the area that you plan to have the printed sign in. This is to ensure that we have accessed and overcome all potential obstacles when it comes to the installation and assists us in providing you with an accurate quotation.

Once the site survey has been completed our install team will pass on the accurate dimensions to you and our studio team. This will allow you to create or annotate your artwork to the correct sizes minimising any issues you may have with the resolution of your image or design. The artwork is then passed on to our studio team who will be able to solve any problems or answer any questions that you have. They will send you a proof and work with you to make sure that you are completely happy with what the artwork will look like before being sent down to print.

The artwork is sent down to one of our large format, state of the art printers. All of our custom printed signs are digitally printed on the most efficient settings that use premium eco-solvent inks. The digitally printed signs are then passed through to our finishing team who will cut, laminate (if required) and add the final touches to your completed product. We have the capacity to meet any extra needs with the 1,160 sqm print workshop space.

The final stage of the process is to assemble and install your signs on the arranged time and date that you require. Our install team will safely transport your signs to the site of install and complete the installation in a precise and timely manner to make sure that the printed signs look their best and meet your expectations. The team are equipped with the latest tools and most up to date safety certifications and accreditations such as CSCS, IPAF and PASMA and Wallace Print holds a 10m Allianz public liability insurance to adhere to your safety requirements.
