We stock a selection of heat-activated brick wall vinyls suitable for external and textured surfaces. Our core range includes opaque and clear wall wrap options, such as Mactac Wall Wrap 100 (white) and Wall Wrap 101 (clear), along with specialist textured surface films from manufacturers including Aslan and General Formulations. Alternative products from Avery Dennison, 3M and Metamark can also be supplied where specific site conditions or project requirements call for them.

 Single Sided– Heat in brick wall wrap vinyl can be digitally printed direct to the face of the material on our large format printers using UV cured inks which offer market leading print quality, robustness and longevity.

 Matt Lamination Protect your printed graphics with a matt over laminate and give your print a completely flat appearance which will not reflect light. Available on prints up to 1600mm wide

 Gloss Lamination Protect your printed graphics with a gloss over laminate and give your print shiny high gloss appearance which brings out colours and reflection. Available on prints up to 1600mm wide

 Square Cutting – Heat in brick wall wrap vinyl can be supplied cut to any required square or rectangular panel size within the maximum sheet size. For guaranteed accuracy all of our material is cut on a laser guided cutting table

 Simple Shapes – including radius corners, circles, triangles and basic shapes are possible with a high level of accuracy and quality of finish when cut on our laser guided cutting tables.

 Complex Shapes – Complex shapes are possible when cut on our market leading Kongsberg X44 cutting table which is capable of drag knife and router cutting.

 Plotter Cut – using our 1600mm wide camera driven Summa and Graphtec plotter cutters we can transform your printed vinyl into cut design, for example lettering for the side of a vehicle or a cut to shape logo for a wall. Plotter cut graphics are supplied with application tape for easy fitting.

 CAD cutting – Our camera driven Aristo and Esko Kongsberg cutting tables are capable of cutting your design to any shape including adding creases, scores or even v-cuts.

Vinyl application – you can add special colours to a design such as metallics or pantones not achievable through CMYK printing by applying plotter cut vinyls of a chosen colour or finish to the material face.

 Spot UV – Varnish – you can introduce areas of matt or gloss finish to your design with our digitally printed UV varnish inkjet heads. Pick out logos, text or images and bring additional focus to your print.

 Packing in sets – we offer a full collation and packing service, especially useful when you have multiple items or designs that need to be sent to different locations. A very popular extra finishing service we offer with point of sale campaigns.

External brick wall vinyl is a specialist self-adhesive material designed for use on textured and uneven surfaces such as brickwork, breeze block and concrete. It allows full colour printed graphics to be applied directly to exterior walls, making it suitable for building façades, site branding, murals and temporary promotional graphics in public-facing environments.

This type of vinyl is engineered to conform into mortar joints and surface texture, creating a painted-on appearance once installed. Installation requires controlled heat application to ensure the material softens and bonds correctly to the surface, which is why brick wall graphics are typically installed by trained professionals. When applied correctly, the result is a durable, visually integrated wall graphic rather than a surface-level sticker.

Clear and opaque versions of external brick wall vinyl are available, allowing either full coverage graphics or designs that retain the natural colour and character of the underlying wall.
