We stock a range of different heat in brick wall vinyl  including Mactac WW100 wall wrap 100 white, Mactac WW101 clear wall wrap, Aslan wrap the house and General Formulations GF Roughmark. Other alternatives available on request from Avery, 3m and Metamark.

 Single Sided– Heat in brick wall wrap vinyl can be digitally printed direct to the face of the material on our large format printers using UV cured inks which offer market leading print quality, robustness and longevity.

 Matt Lamination Protect your printed graphics with a matt over laminate and give your print a completely flat appearance which will not reflect light. Available on prints up to 1600mm wide

 Gloss Lamination Protect your printed graphics with a gloss over laminate and give your print shiny high gloss appearance which brings out colours and reflection. Available on prints up to 1600mm wide

 Square Cutting – Heat in brick wall wrap vinyl can be supplied cut to any required square or rectangular panel size within the maximum sheet size. For guaranteed accuracy all of our material is cut on a laser guided cutting table

 Simple Shapes – including radius corners, circles, triangles and basic shapes are possible with a high level of accuracy and quality of finish when cut on our laser guided cutting tables.

 Complex Shapes – Complex shapes are possible when cut on our market leading Kongsberg X44 cutting table which is capable of drag knife and router cutting.

 Plotter Cut – using our 1600mm wide camera driven Summa and Graphtec plotter cutters we can transform your printed vinyl into cut design, for example lettering for the side of a vehicle or a cut to shape logo for a wall. Plotter cut graphics are supplied with application tape for easy fitting.

 CAD cutting – Our camera driven Aristo and Esko Kongsberg cutting tables are capable of cutting your design to any shape including adding creases, scores or even v-cuts.

Vinyl application – you can add special colours to a design such as metallics or pantones not achievable through CMYK printing by applying plotter cut vinyls of a chosen colour or finish to the material face.

 Spot UV – Varnish – you can introduce areas of matt or gloss finish to your design with our digitally printed UV varnish inkjet heads. Pick out logos, text or images and bring additional focus to your print.

 Packing in sets – we offer a full collation and packing service, especially useful when you have multiple items or designs that need to be sent to different locations. A very popular extra finishing service we offer with point of sale campaigns.

External brick wall vinyl, Mactac WW100 and installed with heat.

Mactac WW100 external brick wall vinyl is our specialist external wall vinyl which can be applied to brick, breeze block and other external or textured surfaces. Great for creating full colour printed wall graphics, Mactac WW100 spec sheet is available on request.

We also supply the clear version of the external brick wall vinyl which is Mactac WW101.

Mactac WW100 external brick wall vinyl needs to be heated onto the external surface, we also offer a full wall graphic install service nationally. Here is some more information directly from Mactac on the WW100 brick wall vinyl –

For building front decoration or city embellishment, special MACtac self-adhesive films can be applied outside.

• Graphics on MACtac films WW 100 can even be applied directly on brickwork or concrete. WW101, the clear version of WW100 allows the natural colour of the wall (bricks, concrete blocks etc). WW 200 films are especially designed for short term indoor wall posters on smooth ,flat surfaces.
• WW300 is designed for medium term indoor or outdoor on difficult substrates. DecoIvory and DecoMural which replaces DecoTexture, the self adhesive wall covering for Professionals. Deco-Satin, a white woven polyester textile coated for inkjet printing with a clear acrylic repositionable adhesive.
