Dreamland – Giant Printed Advent Calendar

On this project we worked closely with one of the UK’s leading attractions to produce a giant interactive advent calendar for the public to enjoy over the holiday period.

This was a project that had to be executed perfectly and the lead time was short so we quickly put the project into motion. As with many of our projects we started with a site survey to ensure we made the best decision around the way to produce the project.

We produced the backboard and side panels on an oversized 6mm correx which we can do without issue on our SwissQ impala UV digital flatbed printer. This allowed us to create a huge overall backboard size of 3m high by 3.6m wide!

We then produced the removable vinyl doors for the advent calendar to make it an interactive experience for all the family. The material of choice for this application, Drytac Retac a repositionable self adhesive vinyl that leaves no residue and removes easily.
