Aluminium Folding Tray Signs

For a number of years we have worked as the primary supplier of large format digital print for Rochester Independent College in Kent. When the time came to re-brand their site on star hill the college wanted signage to match their brand colours that would stand out to passing traffic.

Following a site survey we supplied grey powder coated aluminium tray signs with 50mm returns that we colour matched to their supplied references. To make sure we achieved the vibrant orange of the colleges logo we used a pantone matched solid vinyl which we plotter cut and applied to the face of the Dibond tray sign.

Following the production of the tray signs we installed them at the Rochester based site. In addition to the folded aluminium tray signs we also installed a large frosted window graphic featuring the schools logo to really enhance the front of the building.

Folded aluminum tray signs are created from sheets of Dibond which are cut and folded to create a tray or a pan. The returns can be any depth giving a really chunky profile to the sign tray. The tray is supplied as white as standard however we can also powder coat the pan to match any colour if required. Production options on our aluminium tray signs include wrapping with solid vinyl and applying cut vinyl lettering or digitally printing directly to the pan. We can also combine a selection of the two if required.
