Printed Foamex is often used as a cheaper yet effective alternative material to ACM when creating hoarding panels. The 5mm Foamex will deliver the same quality and finish as a 3mm ACM panel, both are suitable for external use but Foamex is often chosen more for internal hoarding projects.

The Foamex sheets are typically supplied in 8 x 4ft sheets but can be cut in any shape or size you require. Our professional installation team will be able to offer a comprehensive site survey on the area you would like the hoarding.

Printed Foamex hoarding is a popular temporary advertising tool in internal areas such as shopping centres. When a store is revamping, closing down, or changing location, printed Foamex hoarding will cover the front of the store and advise passers-by of any important or exciting information they can expect from the storage space.

We have an in house professional installation team that will come and carry out any necessary site surveys and provide you with experienced advice should you have any questions. Once printed and finished they will fit your product in a timely manner to the highest standard.

Our 4 stage process for printed POS products

We decided to develop a simple 4 stage process to assist you through the purchasing of your POS displays. Whether your requirement is for a single unit or multiple quantities across various locations, we understand that all printing projects can seem daunting or overwhelming. There are many variables to consider, from choosing the correct material to the options you have during the finishing process that will ensure the longevity of our POS products. Our aim is to guide you from your initial enquiry to seamless installation.

Our initial check is to make sure that we have the correct material for the POS display to suit your location and environment. We then would encourage you to have one of our install experts carry out a comprehensive site survey on the area that you plan to have your point-of-sale products displayed in.

Once the site survey has been completed our install team will pass on the accurate dimensions to you and our studio team. This will allow you to create or annotate your artwork to the correct sizes minimising any issues you may have with the resolution of your image or design. 

The artwork is then passed on to our studio team who will be able to solve any problems or answer any questions that you have. They will send you a proof and work with you to make sure that you are completely happy with what the artwork will look like before being sent down to print.

The artwork is sent down to one of our large format, state of the art printers. All of our point of sale products are digitally printed on the most efficient settings that use premium eco-solvent inks. 

The printed pos displays are then passed through to our finishing team who will cut, laminate (if required) and add the final touches to your completed product. We have the capacity to meet any extra needs with the 1,160 sqm print workshop space.

The final stage of the process is to assemble or install your point of sale display or single POS products on the arranged time and date that you require. Your dedicated sales manager will schedule either a delivery or installation team will safely transport your POS products to the site of install and complete the installation in a precise and timely manner to make sure that the point of sale display looks it’s best and meets your expectations.

Our team are equipped with the latest tools and most up to date safety certifications and accreditations such as CSCS, IPAF and PASMA and Wallace Print holds a 10m Allianz public liability insurance to adhere to your safety requirements.
